It’s been forever since writing an first impression for any manga, since January. My recent library trip had picked up a mix of newer and older titles. Among those first read was Rei Toma’s latest work The Water Dragon’s Bride.

Covering a seasonal series, when was that last? eons ago. Though I blame my close friend Naja for me checking out an 80s gem. Which needs more credit given than it’s getting. Plus who doesn’t want to know, what the hell Banana Fish means?
There is nothing better than a 90s anime for me. It’s probably my favourite time era. Each new one I begin, seems to prove this time and time again. Once that itch hits me, was time was to start a beloved childhood shounen many love.
One of the goals for 2018 is to read more manga, I have begun my journey already. It was the grandest moment in this day and age for Lita to do her first proper manga intro. We’re not calling it impression, need to change it up. This manga has got me recollecting my choir days.
Kept this a hush plan for a while now but Sundays are going to be interesting for the next few 2 or so months.
