Despite It All We’re Lucky Anime Fans

I’m a using this Rin gif as I miss him from free season three. I have free blues

Before even beginning to write this post, instantly knew which gif I wanted to use as the main image, haha. It’s Thanksgiving for all my friends in America though it’s not an Aussie thing. I wanted to talk about something as a fan just grateful when it comes to anime.

This has been everyone… *whispers* everyone…

A common discussion in anime I’ve noticed on the blog and youtube sphere “Anime Burnout”. You felt the burn too people?

Watching Tastes: Mix The Old And New

still need to watch this at some point

Look at that crazy mix of colours of the girls from Tokyo Mew Mew, ranged mixture. Mixing it up in life and in watching anime is important, which is how I’ve lead writing this discussion. I was inspired from blogger Mage In A Barrel whom you may recognise as the writer for Ani words for crunchy roll. Recently they wrote their last piece for a while on Expanding their anime horizons and mixing it up. Make sure to go check out their post but this sparked to spread the message he was trying to convey to his fellow readers.

Thoughts On Anime Streaming Now a Days

When you're on computer at midnight and hear someone coming xD:
This has been you.

It’s awkward… middle of the night watching anime online and you feel like someone is there, watching you. Streaming anime online I want to say has evolved in the last few years with having Simulcast available now. For those who don’t know what that is, Simulcast means current airing anime in Japan will be streamed 1 hour after it’s aired in various other countries. Sometimes it can happen straight away but it’s made the newest airing anime more accessible than ever, which I think is great for people who like watching seasonal anime.

Anime Movie Collab Ft. Grimm Girl

collab totoro

Here is my second collaboration I did with Kat from Grimm Girl, you can read my collab part by clicking here.

Hello old friends and new friends! I’m excited to do my first collaboration post with Lita Kino. I got on touch with her on Twitter when she reached out to bloggers expressing her desire to work with other bloggers on some posts. This was a lot of fun and a great way to gain exposure to anime that I may not have tried without some encouraging from a friend.

I’m a total novice so Lita suggested that we each recommend an anime to each other and do a review. We settled on anime movies and I suggested My Neighbor Totoro for her to watch (one of my favorites) and she suggested I check out Children Who Chase Lost Voices a Makoto Shinkai film that was released in 2011.

Never thought I would even be discussing this… oh boy

Sorry for no posts over the last few days, if you follow me on twitter. You would have seen the odd complaint of my internet problems. Before any of that happened I had wanted to do this discussion post for a while now, but it’s one I never really wanted to do.
